Get started with ZIRA Loan
Getting started
- 1
Sign up with your email address and phone number.
- 2
Verify your BVN and add a bank account in your name. That completes Tier 1, which opens payments and savings.
- 3
Add your NIN, a photo ID and a short liveness check for Tier 2, then your address, next of kin and employment for Tier 3. Each tier raises your limits.
- 4
To invest, answer a short investor profile so we can match products to your risk tolerance.
What you pay
- Paying from your ZIRA wallet carries no processing charge.
- Paying by card or bank transfer at checkout adds a processing charge. You see it before you pay.
- Some fixed income offerings carry a transaction fee. It is shown on your quote.
- Breaking a SafeLock before its end date costs a penalty. You see the amount before you confirm.
Keeping your account safe
- Transfers, withdrawals and purchases need your transaction PIN.
- Your withdrawal account must be in the name on your BVN, and only our support team can change it.
- Once a piece of your verification is confirmed, it can't be changed from the app.
Investments can go down as well as up. Mutual funds, fixed income and managed portfolios are not bank deposits. Read each product's terms before you invest.
